Cynthia Torres and the Kitchen Store are just amazing. The store itself is very welcoming and comfortable and has great displays and inspires ideas. We had done a less expensive ADU project with Cynthia and now a few years later have done our main house. Everything on both houses came out beautiful and delivered on time and met our expectations and needs. Our contractor keeps commenting on how what a pleasure she was to work with and how professional she is. Cynthia is the best and knows my taste better than I do. She was great mediating between me and my husband. She has excellent design sense, very professional, very responsive, reliable, and so tolerant of our ever-changing minds. What’s great that she also helps coordinating with products that they will not be selling us like the floors or the countertops. I couldn’t imagine buying the cabinets without seeing how they went with the countertops which they also have at the store. She also did not try to upsell us. If anything we kept asking for other items that we saw in the store that we liked, for example the floating shelves with lights beneath them. I really learned a lesson watching her, about patience and serving others. You will be very happy if you use her and the Kitchen Store for your project.
